Composition of the PC/PMMA Optical Sheet Production Line:
Extrusion Main Unit: Utilizes a high-efficiency single-screw extruder, offering high output and excellent plasticizing capabilities.
Screen Changer: Features a candle-type high-efficiency screen changer, ensuring stable pressure, a large filtration area, and long intervals between screen changes.
Pressure Sensor: Equipped with a highly sensitive Dynisco pressure sensor from the United States.
Metering Pump: Provides stable pressure, ensuring consistent pressure when PC/PMMA enters the die, resulting in superior thickness uniformity of the product.
Extrusion Die: Employs a coat-hanger design for single-layer or multi-layer composite co-extrusion. The die is internally polished and hard-chrome plated, ensuring stable and uniform extrusion with excellent surface finish.
Three-Roll Calendering: Features horizontal, vertical, or inclined structures with individually controlled water (oil) temperature and control devices, ensuring precise temperature control, synchronized roller frequency, and easy thickness adjustment.
Traction Unit: Adopts a two-roll traction design with variable frequency speed control, providing accurate tension speed ratios and ensuring production safety.
Automatic Cutting System: Utilizes a servo motor-driven cutting method and an automatic length measurement device, ensuring fast cutting and high flatness.
Electrical Control System: Incorporates a Siemens PLC automated control system from Germany.
Polycarbonate (PC) is one of the most impact-resistant thermoplastics. Sheets made from PC exhibit exceptional impact resistance and can maintain excellent impact performance over a wide temperature range (-40°C to 120°C) for extended periods.
Our company's advanced shaping system utilizes imported flexible steel rollers from Japan, ensuring faster production speeds and higher surface quality of the sheets.
Applicable Specifications:
Thickness: 0.125–1.0 mm
Width: Up to 918–1220 mm
Suitable for producing optical-grade transparent sheets.
