The Automatic Dripper Feeding & Screening System is an auxiliary unit for drip irrigation pipe and tape production lines. It automatically screens randomly supplied drippers, identifies their orientation and feeds correctly positioned drippers through the preset track.
A built-in dripper buffer storage and supply system helps maintain a continuous supply of drippers during production and provides additional feeding capacity when the screening unit requires adjustment.

Dripper Orientation Control
The automatic screening system controls the orientation of randomly supplied drippers and guides them into the correct feeding track.
Inside the screening and identification chamber, a high-speed centrifugal rotating disc moves and separates the drippers. The system identifies correctly positioned drippers and allows them to pass rapidly into the designated track for continuous feeding.
This automatic process minimizes manual dripper sorting and helps match the feeding requirements of high-speed drip irrigation production.
Dripper Buffer Storage & Supply
The dripper buffer storage device stores screened drippers before they enter the downstream feeding process.
During adjustment of the screening and identification unit, the buffer supply mechanism can quickly replenish drippers along the preset track. This helps maintain a stable dripper supply and reduces the influence of short-term screening adjustments on continuous production.
